Is CoinKite a desktop app or a browser extension?
CoinKite Wallet is a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux. It is not a browser extension, and no mobile version is offered. Check the platform requirements before choosing your download.
Does CoinKite Wallet charge a subscription?
No. The app has no download charge or subscription. Sending crypto still requires a network fee, which varies by network and network conditions. The wallet shows an estimate before you confirm.
Can I send the same token between different networks?
A matching token name does not make networks interchangeable. Send only to an address on the same supported network. CoinKite does not automatically bridge or convert balances between chains.
Can CoinKite recover my wallet if I lose my recovery phrase?
CoinKite cannot recover a lost phrase or reset access to your wallet. If you can still open the app, review your backup before changing devices. Only enter your recovery phrase inside the wallet application, never on this website.
Why do I need ETH to send USDC on some networks?
The transfer amount and network fee can use different assets. Sending USDC on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum One or Optimism requires ETH for fees. Arc uses USDC for fees. Check the fee asset shown in the wallet and keep enough of it on that network.
What if my download is unavailable?
Open to review platform requirements and installation guidance. If the selected download is unavailable, no file has been downloaded. You can return to the platform choices at any time.
